The study on Cambodian consumers' views on online business and services quality involved 231 research participants. The study employed quantitative research methods and the data were collected using online survey method. The sample was formed using snowballing and volunteering participation where the participants were Cambodian customers who have been using online shopping service. Five aspects of online shopping namely online platform design, functionality and ease of use, privacy and security of customer information, product delivery arrangements, post-purchase customer’s problem-solving, and buyer’s helpfulness to customer in product recommendation were focused. The results showed that clothing, home appliances, food and beverages, and beauty and cosmetics products received the most orders using online shopping service. Two most common payment for online shopping were mobile banking or KHQR Code payment and payment on delivery (POD). The result also revealed that the customers generally had a positive view toward the five aspects of online shopping service, especially on the aspect of website or online shopping platform design and the quality of product preparation and delivery. The least satisfying aspect was the honestly of buyers deal with the customer’s post-purchase issues. The study recommended that online business’s owners should focused on improving online shopping security, user’s friendly online platform, product description, post-purchase solution, return and refund, and flexible marketing strategies.
